Materials Wait for Construction, Not the Other Way Around
At Synergy, we have a saying, “Materials wait for construction, construction does not wait for materials”. Simply put, this means you make all your material selections (appliances, cabinetry, fixtures and fittings) well before anyone starts swinging hammers in your home. We call this the “Design Development” phase. This phase is essential as it takes into account lead times so we can start your project on time and not demolish your Kitchen and then tell you the cabinets you really wanted haven’t arrived yet, so see you in 6 weeks! During this phase, we also provide you with 3D images so you can see exactly how your space will come together when complete.

Construction!
By the time we get to this stage of your remodel, we’ve dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s! We take care of all of the permits required, hold a pre-construction meeting with you before the construction begins (as well as hold weekly status meetings during the project) and – most importantly – start and end your project exactly when we said we would!
