Walls between the kitchen, dining, and foyer were removed to create an open, connected main level filled with natural light. Wide, framed openings now define each space, giving the home an airy flow while preserving its architectural charm and craftsmanship.

At the center of the redesign is a stunning new kitchen featuring Cabico Unique frameless kitchen cabinetry in Essence “Cumberland” on the perimeter and “Earthy Green” on the kitchen island. This pairing grounds the space with timeless appeal. The new 12-foot island provides comfortable seating for three and abundant prep space, serving as the heart of daily life and entertaining. In the dining area, York Design Group “Sheehan” faux grasscloth wallpaper above the existing chair rail adds soft dimension and visual interest.
Design updates beyond the kitchen include new lighting in the family room and foyer, a pocket door to the laundry room, and upgraded floor registers and trim details that enhance the overall flow and finish.
