This Reston Town Center condo has a great view and spacious interior, but the bathrooms were original to the unit and our clients were ready to upgrade them to not only better match their personal aesthetic, but make them more functional for their lifestyle. All three bathrooms (Primary Bathroom, Guest Bathroom and Hall Full Bathroom) were remodeled.
One of the key changes (and drivers for the remodel) was to redesign the Primary Bath to remove a little-used tub and create a much larger shower enclosure. The door configuration of the Guest Bath/Bedroom created one door too many, so in addition to remodeling the bathroom, we added a pocket door. The Hall Full Bath was “fine” but lacked personality and didn’t provide any ‘wow’ factor.
The result? Three elegant bathrooms that transform the feel of the condo and make this home shine!
