Basement, Bar & Golf Room Renovation in Fairfax, VA
The basement of this Fairfax home had fallen out of step with its owners: outdated, no longer their taste, and not a floor they felt proud to show. The tell was the makeshift golf net squeezed in next to a billiards table nobody racked.
The goal of this basement renovation was clear: turn the lower level into a place built for hosting, with a real golf room, a bar worth gathering around, and a renovated bath.
A Golf Simulator and a Brand-New Bar
We turned the billiards room into a true golf simulator for year-round play and rebuilt the bar around Calming Green Cabico cabinetry, Calacatta Bali quartz, a mirror-tile backsplash, and a fifty-bottle wine fridge.
Finished for the Hosting Years
We also renovated the full bath serving the downstairs bedroom. With fresh wood-look floors, a new stair runner, and a reworked laundry upstairs in Gossamer Blue, the whole level is ready for the hosting years they built it for.
