Birdcages and Vintage-Industrial. These are two lighting trends that we are seeing a lot in popular décor right now! Birdcages, like this Weston Round Pendant from Restoration Hardware, are a classic-looking style with lots of metal turning and exposed bulbs. They can easily be incorporated into many styles of decor, from traditional, to transitional, to relaxed casual.
Restoration Hardware is also one of the top brands for vintage-inspired industrial lighting, another very popular style. Sometimes modeled after actual early-1900’s fixtures, these can be made of hammered metal, frosted glass, or rustic wood, and often include warehouse elements such as knobs, cages, and Edison bulbs.
