Mina Fies, Founder and CEO of Synergy Design & Construction, a design-build firm located in Reston, VA, was interviewed by Susan Rocco of Women to Watch™ Media. Mina will be presenting a paper on this very subject at the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO)’s Annual Meeting in Cophenhagen July 3rd – 9th, 2017. The theme of the symposium is that “Spaces, places, and rooms affect us deeply” and are asking questions like: “why are some rooms better suited to their purpose, than others? Why do some places make us feel lonely and scared, while others make us feel home away from home…?”
