Situated in a beautiful neighborhood near a lake with lots of walking trails and green space, the location of this single family home in Reston was perfect but our clients were ready to create updated spaces that better suited their aesthetic and lifestyle. In the Primary Bathroom, our clients were ready to make some BIG changes! The floorplan of the bathroom was completely reconfigured. They wanted to remove the oversized tub and go tub-free. We moved the double vanity to the prior location of the tub and created a stunning double shower in the space where a small shower stall and toilet once stood. We moved the location of the toilet and created privacy with a separate toilet room with a pocket door instead.
