This lakeside single family home near Lake Anne in Reston was much-loved by the original owner, but it was ready for a complete home remodel. The new owners knew it had great potential and it provided the perfect opportunity to reimagine the floor plan and interior design throughout. Every room in the home on all four levels underwent a total transformation. No detail was overlooked in turning this late ‘60s home into a polished contemporary gem and the home is now unrecognizable from its former self.
In addition to remodeling the Main Level and Entrance Levels (see Project Gallery here), the home renovations continued to the upper floors. Upstairs on the third level, the space was reconfigured to create a large Primary Suite with a Sitting Area (complete with a modern fireplace and bar area), Bedroom, exquisite Primary Bathroom and walk-in closet with a custom closet solution. The Bathroom features a large two person shower, floating double vanity and heated floors.Â
